What we can help with

• Corrections to a definition, a broken link, or an official source that has changed.
• Questions about the affiliate arrangement described on the affiliate disclosure page.
• Requests about personal information under the privacy policy, such as asking for access to, or correction of, anything we hold about you.

What we cannot help with

We are not the vendor of any product mentioned on this site, so we cannot deal with subscriptions, billing, refunds, licence keys or technical support for them. Please contact the vendor directly through its own website.

We also cannot give advice on a security incident affecting you. For that, the National Cyber Security Centre takes reports, Netsafe provides support with online harm, and your bank should be your first call if money is involved. Please do not send us passwords, card numbers or screenshots containing personal details.
